My Paralegal Technology Glossary
This is for the paralegals or law students who mostly speaks French who wants to practice their field of study in English.Since we are studying our technology in French it is important to apply what we learn in French in English too because there is a high population in Quebec that speaks English.We have to know how to communicate and help our clients no matter what languages they are talking.

- a person or group of people who are charged with or on trial for a crime
- Example: the accused was ordered to stand trialing on a number of charges

- a reason or set of reasons given with the aim of persuading others that an action or idea is right or wrong
- Example: there is a strong argument for submitting a formal appeal
